I started Comitant because the same revenue problem kept wearing different names.
I’m Jacob Bitonte. I kept being hired for marketing problems that turned out to be data, software, and operating problems too.
Founder, ComitantThe team knew what was wrong. It did not have the hours to fix it.
I watched lifecycle teams spend weeks moving one email through copy, design, edits, and QA. When leadership changed direction, prepared work stopped and another fire drill began.
The useful data was already in Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, checkout tools, and finance systems. But stale definitions, incomplete profiles, and disconnected reports made it hard to trust or use.
I began fixing the whole line: customer models, data definitions, lifecycle paths, production software, monitoring, and handoff. That work became Comitant.
Build what moves the result. Leave behind what keeps it moving.
- 01Start with the result.
The tool is not the brief. We begin with the costly outcome and the decision it blocks.
- 02Use the right tool.
Data models, rules, software, and LLMs each have a place. Reliability decides which one.
- 03Leave the work with the team.
The company keeps the system, context, and operating history created to solve the problem.
